The company building, built in 2006, is mainly used for cooling fruit and other agricultural products. A space of 5.750 tons, specifically set up for ULO-cooling is available, divided over 34 refrigerators. With the focus ahead we’ve decided to organize the conditioned space according to the latest techniques and insights.

The cooling is achieved by using ammonia as refrigerator. Fully automated registration of all of the measuring data helps Euro-Cool clarify the fact that the cooling process took place within the parameters. This technique also is used for measuring oxygen and dioxide, controlling operation hours and moisture extraction in the chambers.
